APCOM is an organisation for print and communication managers employed within the UK public sector. Founded in October 1979 by Printing Managers for Printing Managers (formally known as AIM Association of In-Plant Managers). In April 2000 the Association changed its name to APCOM largely to reflect changing times and a membership which not only includes print managers but design, communication, IT and business managers.

Membership is drawn from Local Authorities, Police Authorities, other Public Bodies, including Emergency Services, Schools, Universities, Charities, and Central Government, with digital copier type facilities to the larger litho print operations.


Leading trade association BAPC, run by printers for printers, provides members with a wealth of knowledge and support. The Association  concentrate on developing services and facilities that directly help BAPC members  succeed. It is the aim of the Association to cultivate a “community of print” that acts as a forum for the industry to work together for mutual benefit.


The British Coatings Federation is the sole UK Trade Association representing the interests of the decorative, industrial and powder coatings, printing inks and wallcovering manufacturers. Coatings and inks are critical to UK industry, with 300,000 workers relying on our members' products every day, and the UK is a net exporter of coatings and inks.  BCF's members represent 95% of the UK sales of coatings, inks and wallcoverings. 


The BPIF is the principal business support organisation representing the UK print, printed packaging and graphic communication industry. We strive to ensure members’ requirements come first. Through listening to their needs we have developed an unrivalled range of products and services that go well beyond those provided by a traditional trade association.


Brief Cases bridges the gap between academic study and commercial reality. Our industry-based projects are tailored to fit within the degree and help strengthen the industry and employability aspects of the course. With Brief Cases, we focus on the gap between what students learn and what industry actually needs from new recruits.


Dscoop is an independent community of HP Graphics Solutions technology owners and technical professionals who use HP Indigo, Scitex, High-End Latex and PageWide Web Press equipment. Founded in 2005, Dscoop membership now supports users throughout the AmericasEurope, the Middle East and AfricaAsia Pacific and Japan.

We have been supporting IPEX for over 35+ years. In 2017, we shall have one of our now famous GlobalChannelPartners Networking Pavilions at IPEX. Our networking pavilions are unique within our industry as a focal point for the international print media channel to come together on the showfloor in a unique networking hub; developing global channel business. 


In 2013, 4 young guys sharing a dream and 9 core values started Helloprint. 4 years later our baby has become a teenager, with 150 brothers and sisters from all across Europe. This is not where the story stops. The IPIA is a crucial link between the print industry and its customers; providing a valuable recommended sourcing service for marketing and procurement professionals who buy and use print. We work with some of the industry’s most innovative and brightest thought leaders to promote the value of print and the associated services that enhance its use.


Offset Printer’s Association based in India (OPA) was established in1988 to look after the day to day problems of the printing and packaging industry. The OPA which only a quarter of a century ago was a fledging group with a handful of members has now established itself into a dynamic and influential organization that provides a strong voice for the needs of printing community. We at OPA believe that serving the printing industry is our motive and for this we have tried to reach at the every corner of Punjab.


Founded in Beijing in 1985, Printing and Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC) is a national, professional and non-profit social organization with legal person status of social group, voluntarily composed by relevant units engaged in production, research and development, education and training, information services, etc. in printing, printing equipment and printing material industries.

As one of the founders, PEIAC allied the main national printing associations of the world and established “The Federation of Global Print (Global Print)” and “The Federation of Asia Print Exhibition (Asia Print)”. At present, PEIAC chairs the two federations.


The Printing Industries Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PIAP) is the biggest and the oldest printing association officially recognized by the government representing the printing industry in the Philippines.

We are the only dedicated charity for the printing, packaging and publishing sector.  Proud of our heritage, we have been helping people in need since 1827. We deliver our welfare support through financial grants and practical assistance as well as working strategically to support the future skills and talents the sector needs. 


Launched in 2005, Print iT is a GCSE curriculum based educational initiative encouraging young people to consider a career in the graphic arts.

The programme has reached over 150,000 students and more than 2000 schools and is highly valued by both. It is the UK’s biggest schools into industry programme.
