Future Skills Seminars and Theatre

Future Skills Theatre IPEX

The graphic arts and print industry is keen to attract new and young talent, and help them develop a career within the industry. There is also a requirement for print businesses to re-train and develop the skills of existing staff.

The Future Skills Theatre at IPEX provides a platform to help the print industry promote itself by showcasing the range and breadth of opportunities available within the industry.

For those considering a career in print and the graphic arts industries

Students considering their first career step can listen to apprentices and other young people already in the industry who will talk about their careers, from graphic designers and paper manufacturers, to engineers and environmental controllers.

For print businesses looking to attract young talent and develop existing staff

Presentations about recruitment, apprenticeships, succession planning and reskilling will help print businesses attract young talent into their business and ensure current staff are equipped with the right skillset to keep their business current.
