Ipex Daily

PrintWeek was proud once again to be heading up the unique Ipex Daily – the official newspaper for the 2010 exhibition.

The Ipex Daily was integrated with the show more than ever before.  Every feasible aspect of the production of the Daily happened live at the show, something we believe is totally unique for any exhibition. The immense project was made possible thanks to the tireless effort and technical prowess of our production partners, which for Ipex 2010 included the following:

To truly highlight the power of print, many aspects of the production were showcased by the partners on their own stands as part of technical demonstrations, and, of course, on the PrintWeek stand, which served as the base for our 17 UK editorial staff who, along with many of the journalists from our international sister titles, trawled the halls for the essential show news.

The Ipex Daily was promoted and distributed as follows:

 Nine special show previews in PrintWeek and printweek.com, commencing nine weeks before the show.
 A dedicated microsite and Ipex channel hosted by printweek.com, launched in early 2010.
 Promotion on the Ipex website and on printweek.com
 Daily e-bulletins produced and sent live from the show halls
 The Daily was distributed during show at all registration points and dozens of other strategic locations across the halls, as well as sites at Birmingham International Airport, train stations, shuttle buses, hotels and partner’s stands.
 Daily content was made available on the Ipex website.
