Stand prices and packages

As the name suggests, this provides you with floor space only. You provide your own stand build, furniture, carpet, fittings and so on; and organise services such as electricity, water etc.

It is ideal for companies that want to create an individual stand to meet specific exhibiting objectives.

Double-decker stands
On stands of 100m² and over, it is possible to build on two storeys, provided that the area of the upper deck is no more than 50% of the area of the lower deck. The upper deck floor space is charged at 25% of the applicable ground floor space rate.

Shell scheme may be used on any stand of any size, and is compulsory on all perimeter sites and stands below 20m² .

Standard shell scheme

• Back and side walls as appropriate
• Fascia name board
• Ceiling grid
• Carpet tiles

Cost: £70 per sqm + space cost + web marketing + VAT
 
Example of a 9sqm stand with shell scheme:
Space: 9sqm x £355 = £3,195
Shell: 9sqm x £70 = £630
Total = £3,825 + web marketing and VAT
No additional charge for sharers, visitor tickets or exhibitor passes
  
Premier shell scheme

• Back and side walls as appropriate
• Ceiling grid
• Square routered fascia to each open side, in a choice of stock colours
• 1 x 1 upstand with exhibitor logo in full colour (1 per side wall)
• Feature nameboard shaped as Ipex logo to include exhibitor name and stand number (1 per open side)
• Carpet tiles in choice of stock colours

Cost: £85 per sqm + space cost + web marketing + VAT

Website marketing package £175 +VAT**
This mandatory charge consists of the following: Compnay logos, company name, description, contact details, email, website hyperlink, and product and service category section.  Ability to upload logo, photos of products, and press releases onto the website.

**VAT is charged at 17.5%
