BFS Pressroom Solutions Ltd is a family-run company, established in 1986, manufacturing and distributing specialist pressroom consumables designed to last longer and save printers money through improved productivity.
We are the exclusive UK distributor of Rollin/Trelleborg printing blankets. Rollin blankets, which are converted in our factory in Reading, Berkshire, offer a technical solution for all offset applications.

Print-X
The new Stabil-X eco print line for sheetfed applications. The polymer compressible layer has been engineered to provide exceptional smash absorption and recovery properties.

A new coldest web blanket designed for shaftless presses that has neutral feeding characteristics to ensure optimal web tension and register.
UVE
A new sheetfed blanket designed for uv applications. The blended surface provides exceptional resistance to uv inks and washes with a micro-buffed surface allowing for superior print quality and release.
In addition to blankets, BFS manufacture and recover rubber rollers suitable for all printing presses and applications from within our new factory located in Haverhill, Suffolk. Within the past 18 months BFS have become the exclusive distributor of Westland rollers in the UK. The rollers are manufactured by BFS under licence in our new factory and, furthermore, we also service the after sales market for new presses that come fitted with Westland rollers. Details about our roller exchange service and our own branded Endura rubber compounds will be available on our stand along with information about the latest generation of Westland rollers suitable for green printing.
Since the last IPEX, BFS have become the exclusive UK distributor of Finito underpackings. These are an innovative product designed to change both the technological and commercial concept of blanket under-packings. More and more printers are switching from paper packings to Finito due to its long lifetime, excellent stability and ease of fitting. For IPEX 2010 we now have the brand new Finito No-Stop; a no-pack sheetfed blanket.
In partnership with Prisco we supply their complete range of alcohol free fountain solutions including the new Questar product which is FOGRA approved, CTP-plate safe and an IPA-free one step fountain solution designed for use on sheetfed presses.
BFS distribute and supply Siegwerk conventional and uv printing inks from our factory located in Leighton Buzzard. Special ink mixes are produced here including inks with security features.
Information will be available on the vast range of specialist knives and perforating tools that we manufacture. For the first time in the UK we will be displaying a new coating that can be applied to any of our circular or horizontal knives thereby extending blade lifetime.
BFS will also be exhibiting the range of SurePrint doctor blades suitable for rotogravure and flexographic printing. SurePrint doctor blades are available in many varieties and edge configurations including stainless steel blades for offset/anilox coating applications.
